All our surgeons are fully accredited Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons.

They hold specialist registration as Plastic Surgeons with the General Medical Council. All hold NHS consultant appointments in the Department of Plastic Surgery at the James Cook University Hospital, Middlesbrough and are members of the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS, formerly BAPS).

The surgeons work independently, but within a co-operative arrangement. Crucially, they provide cross-cover at times when your operating surgeon may be unavailable, giving you confidence in the knowledge that someone will always be able to deal with any urgent issues arising form your surgery.

The surgeons are individually registered as Data Controllers with the Data Protection Registrar (Data Protection Act 1998).
