Born in Birmingham UK, married and living in Richmond,
North Yorkshire.
I did my medical training initially in Sheffield. I then
moved with various surgery jobs through Staffordshire and back to the
West Midlands to continue my career in Plastic Surgery.
I completed clinical
research in the medical application of lasers and prior to taking up
my consultant post in the UK I also trained in Toronto, Canada and
was one of the first plastic surgeons in the UK to undergo a formal
aesthetic / cosmetic surgery training at the McIndoe Surgical Centre.
I
have a wide-ranging general plastic surgery practice in the NHS based
at The James Cook University Hospital.
My special interests are in cancer
and trauma reconstruction.
